Sweeps and insurance certificates
A chimney sweep with an insurance certificate for each property every year, with safety inspection reports where an owner or insurer needs more detail.
We arrange access with tenants and keep the certificates on file for each address.
When something breaks
Repairs and parts
Smoking back, cracked glass, worn seals or a fire that won't stay lit — we diagnose it and repair it, and give you a written report when a fire isn't safe to use.
Replacements
Upgrades that stay compliant
When a fire reaches the end of its life, we replace it with a consented installation, so the property's heating stays on the paperwork.
