Work With Us
One fireplace installer for every build
Wood, gas and electric fires supplied, consented and installed to your programme — so the fireplace is one less trade you have to chase.
We supply and install for builders and developers across Tauranga and the Bay of Plenty, from one-off architectural homes to group housing. You get one point of contact from the plans to council sign-off.
Consent handled
From the plans to the Code of Compliance
We help pick a fire that suits the plan and meets the Ministry for the Environment emissions rules, design the flue route, and prepare and lodge the building consent with Tauranga City Council or Western Bay of Plenty District Council.
If engineering or a producer statement is required, we arrange that too, and we see the job through the council inspection.
On your programme
Installed around the build
We work to your build schedule — flue, framing and hearth details sorted at the right stage, and the fire fitted and commissioned for handover.
The full range in one place: Escea, Firenzo, Rinnai, Heat & Glo, Kemlan, Woodsman, Wagener, Yunca and more — see the range.
Partner programme
Better rates for regular work
Builders who send us regular installs join our builder partner programme, with trade rates that improve as the number of installs grows.
Tell us roughly how many homes you build a year and we'll talk you through it.
